McQUADE James (Jimmy)

Scottish-born forward who played for the League of Ireland against the Irish League in April 1954, giving a brilliant display. Transferred to Derry City from Waterford prior to the 1954-55 season.

A classy inside-forward who started out with Glentoran II. A former youth interntaional he attracted the attentions of Blackpool, Burnley and Chelsea while playing with Distillery before signing for West Ham.
